Keller Williams

For the past eight years, my design focus has been Command, the in-house platform for Keller Williams. It’s an expansive suite of products that powers the businesses of over 180,000 real estate professionals globally.

Command was born in a high-stakes, "startup-within-a-giant" environment. Early on, we prioritized rapid MVP delivery to compete with tech-first platforms. As the platform matured, I started inheriting those legacy situations and leading the effort to modernize, refine, and scale them.

The projects below capture this later phase. Beyond interface design, the studies focus on managing complex constraints, cross-team collaboration, and designing long-term frameworks.

uShip

I started my design career at uShip, a shipping marketplace. Originally a consumer site, uShip grew to support large businesses and I was a part of the UX research and design effort to scale and white-label the products to support the enterprise needs of major international logistics clients.
